No Chargeback Agreement

The customer waives their right to dispute a transaction or initiate a chargeback. All sales are final and should be disputed with the merchant directly. If you have an issue with how your order was crafted please contact us for more options of possible refund or replacement (see return policy). Once you check the box you are choosing to uphold this agreement and your attempt to chargeback your payment should be unenforceable. Any disputes must be handled directly with the merchant. The customer will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the
Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (ie, Square, Stripe, PayPal) for any
reason whatsoever related to Lena Latrice Creations. In the event of a chargeback, Lena Latrice Creations reserves
its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account.

Returns and Cancellations?

I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Replacement can be made & sent if it’s a shop error.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Once custom order is confirmed no changes can be made. Any errors after approved mock up will be at the fault of client unless it’s seller mishap.
